Campaign list

How to read and correctly use the campaign overview

The Campaign list page lets you control all campaigns from a single point before entering the detail of any individual project. Use it to understand which campaigns are active, which are paused, how many articles have been generated, how many are still in the queue and which action to take next.

When to open this screen

Open the Campaign list whenever you need a full overview of your work: at the start of the day, when resuming a project, when checking multiple campaigns at once, or when you need to quickly understand if a campaign is still running or has stopped.

This is not the screen where you define the editorial details of a single project. Its job is to show campaign status, key numbers and available actions. After reading this page you can decide whether to open a campaign editor, duplicate it, pause it or reactivate it.

The correct approach is not to open the first campaign you see. Read the table first, compare status, pause, generated articles, missing articles and dates, and only then choose the row to act on.

What’s on this page

1
Total count
Shows how many campaigns have been created in the plugin.
2
Campaign table
Contains title, status, pause flag, progress numbers, dates and actions.
3
Bulk actions
Let you apply pause, reactivation or deletion to multiple rows at once.
4
Sorting and pagination
Help you read the list with the most useful criteria and the desired number of rows per page.

Recommended procedure when opening Campaign list

Always following the same order prevents jumping between campaigns without first understanding the overall picture.

1. Read the total

Check the total number of campaigns to understand the scope of work in the plugin.

2. Look at the key columns

Status, Pause, Generated articles and Missing articles are the first values to compare.

3. Check the dates

Campaign end date and Last modified help you identify which rows are still active.

4. Only then choose an action

Open, duplicate, pause or reactivate a campaign only after reading the full table.

How to read the table columns

The table is the most important part of the page. To use it well you need to know exactly what each column means.

Title

Identifies the campaign. From here you can recognise the project and enter its workflow.

Status

The administrative state of the campaign: published, draft or other WordPress post statuses.

Pause

Read separately from Status. Shows whether the campaign has been suspended at the operational level.

Generated articles

How many pieces of content have already been produced by that campaign.

Missing articles

The number to check when you want to know if the campaign still has items in progress.

Campaign end

Read to understand whether a campaign has already reached its operational completion.

Last modified

Useful for identifying the most recently touched campaigns and checking them first.

Actions

Quick commands including campaign duplication.

How to decide which action to use

After reading the table, the next step is choosing the right action. Apply this logic to decide.

Open the campaign

When you need to modify presets, settings or the workflow of a single campaign.

Duplicate

When you want to reuse an existing structure as the base for a new project.

Pause

When the campaign must be suspended without being deleted.

Reactivate

When a paused campaign needs to become operational again.

Delete

Only when the project is no longer needed and should not stay in the campaign archive.

Bulk actions

When multiple campaigns require the same operation at the same time.

Common mistakes to avoid

The first mistake is using this screen as a simple list rather than a control tool. The second is reading only one column at a time without comparing status, pause and progress together. Another common mistake is jumping straight into the first visible campaign without sorting or filtering the table first.

Summary

Campaign list should be used as a general control screen: read the campaign situation first, identify the correct row, then decide whether to open, duplicate, pause, reactivate or delete.
