1. Scope
This License Agreement (“License”) governs access to and use of the AI Content Generator website and service (the “Service”), including any demo, content-generation features, and related tools. By using the Service, you agree to this License.
2. Definitions
- User / You: any person who accesses or uses the Service.
- Output: content generated by the Service (text, HTML, or other formats).
- User Inputs: prompts, instructions, keywords, and materials provided by you.
- Plan: subscription level or access tier (e.g., Single, Pro, Agency), if applicable.
3. Grant of license
Subject to compliance with this License, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful purposes, within the limits of your Plan (if any) and any technical constraints (rate limits, quotas, fair use).
4. Permitted use
You may:
- generate lawful editorial, informational, and commercial content;
- edit and adapt Outputs for your website, CMS, e-commerce, newsletters, or client projects (within your Plan);
- store Outputs and publish them under your responsibility, after review.
5. Restrictions
Allowed
- normal use consistent with your Plan and usage limits;
- publishing reviewed content on your own properties or client properties (if permitted by your Plan);
- internal workflows and editorial operations.
Not allowed
- illegal, misleading, defamatory, or rights-infringing content;
- attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass limits, or abuse the Service;
- unauthorized resale or white-labeling (unless explicitly included in your Plan);
- uploading sensitive personal data without a lawful basis or consent.
6. Outputs and rights
You retain rights to your User Inputs. Unless otherwise stated, you may use the Outputs for lawful purposes, including commercial publication. However:
- Outputs may require fact-checking, source verification, and editorial adjustments;
- you are responsible for compliance (legal, SEO, platform policies, third-party rights);
- we do not guarantee specific results (rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue).
7. Third-party tools and integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., analytics, CMS components, media providers). Their terms may apply in addition to this License. You are responsible for configuring and using such tools lawfully.
8. Plans, access and limits
If Plans are offered, features, quotas, and limits are defined on the pricing page. We may enforce technical limits to protect system stability and fair usage. In case of non-payment (if applicable), access may be restricted or suspended.
9. Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this License, misuse the Service, create security risks, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. If subscriptions are offered, cancellation follows the procedures described on the website.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for: (i) indirect or consequential damages; (ii) loss of data, profits, or opportunities; (iii) decisions made based on Outputs; (iv) downtime due to technical causes or maintenance.
11. Updates
We may update the Service and this License over time. Changes become effective upon publication on the website, or upon notice when required. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised License.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
This License is governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court where the Service owner is established or, where applicable, to the consumer’s court as required by law.
