These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AI Content Generator website and service (the “Service”), including the demo and related features. By using the Service, the user accepts these Terms.

• User Content: prompts, instructions, text, and keywords entered by the user.

Unless otherwise stated, the user retains rights to their User Content. The user may use the Outputs for lawful purposes, including publishing on websites or CMS platforms, with the understanding that:

• Outputs may require corrections, source verification, and editorial adjustments;
• the user is responsible for checking legal compliance, accuracy, rights, and third-party policies;
• the Service provider does not guarantee specific results (SEO rankings, conversions, or performance).

Where applicable, payments are due according to the selected Plan. Prices, duration, and included features are shown on the pricing page. Unless otherwise stated:

• subscriptions renew automatically until cancellation;
• free trials or promotions may have limitations;
• in case of non-payment, access may be suspended.

8. Suspension and termination

The Service provider may suspend or limit access in case of breach of these Terms, misuse, security risks, or legal obligations. The user may stop using the Service and cancel the Plan according to the procedures described on the website.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”. The Service provider is not liable for: (i) indirect or consequential damages; (ii) loss of data, profits, or opportunities; (iii) decisions made by the user based on Outputs; (iv) temporary unavailability or interruptions due to technical causes.

Trademarks, logos, layout, code, and service components are owned by the Service provider or licensed to it. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited. Outputs may be used by the user as provided in Section 5.
