How to generate, review and select titles for the queue
The Titles metabox manages the entire lifecycle of titles in a campaign: from AI generation to manual entry, to import from external files. Titles selected in this screen become the work queue that the plugin will use to generate complete articles.
When to open this screen
Use this panel after filling in the SEO Title Brief. Generating without a brief produces generic titles that require many corrections. The correct sequence is: brief → generate → review → select → start content generation.
The Titles panel is divided into three sections: the numerical summary (total, selected, created), the generated title list with checkboxes, and the space for manual titles and file import. The three sections work together — you can mix AI, manual and imported titles in the same campaign.
Titles marked as Created will not be re-generated: the plugin skips them automatically and moves to the next in the queue. This logic ensures that no title produces a duplicate article.

Recommended procedure for managing titles
Following this order reduces time spent correcting irrelevant titles and ensures a quality queue before starting article generation.
1. Generate the batch
Set the desired quantity and click Generate titles. Wait for completion before selecting.
2. Review the list
Scroll through the full list and use Select all or Deselect all as a starting point.
3. Select or add
Keep the relevant titles, deselect off-target ones, add manual titles if needed.
4. Start generation
Save the campaign to store the selection, then start generation from the Controls panel.
How to read and use the title list
Each row in the list has a specific behaviour that depends on the title’s state. Understanding these states prevents selecting already-used titles or losing valid ones.
Active checkbox
Title selected for the queue. It will be used in the next article generation run.
Deselected checkbox
Title present but not in the queue. Can be re-selected at any time.
Created badge
The title has already produced an article. It will not be re-generated. The Open link leads to the created article.
Disabled checkbox
Indicates an already-processed title. Not editable but remains visible for traceability.
Next in queue
Box at the top of the list showing which title will be processed in the next generation run.
Counters
Total, Selected and Created show campaign progress at a glance.
Copy selected titles
Exports selected titles to the clipboard for external use or editorial review.
Clear title list
Deletes all titles from the list. Irreversible action — use only when you want to start over.
How to use the three title entry methods
The campaign accepts titles from three different sources. Combining them is possible and creates no conflicts — duplicates are ignored automatically.
AI generation
The primary method. Uses the SEO Brief to produce titles in optimised batches.
Manual titles
Enter one title per line in the dedicated field and click Add. Useful for editorially pre-approved titles.
Excel/CSV import
Upload a file with titles in the first column. Supports .xlsx, .csv and .txt. Duplicates are ignored.
Mix all three
You can generate 20 AI titles, add 5 manual ones and import 10 from a file in the same campaign.
Common mistakes to avoid
The most common mistake is starting article generation without checking the Selected counter: if it is zero, the plugin has no titles in the queue and produces nothing. A second mistake is clearing the title list when articles have already been created — you lose the traceability of which title produced which article.
Summary
The Titles panel is the campaign work queue: generate a batch, review it, select the best ones, add any manual or imported titles, and only then start content generation. Titles with the Created badge will never be re-processed.
